Sunday Nov. 22, 2009 - The Florida vs. Georgia Wheelchair Basketball Tournament came to a conclusion today, with the Shepherd Stealers capturing second Place and the Tampa Bay Strong Dogs winning the championship!
The Orlando Magic Wheels came in third place, winning 47 - 19 against the Augusta Bulldogs. Brian Foley was their lead scorer.
Despite coming in last, the Bulldogs showed incredible heart, and remain a threat for future tournaments.
The Strong Dogs would like to thank the All People's Life Center staff and volunteers, who made this tournament possible, as well as the players and staff of all the teams who participated.
